Discover how to live in harmony with the rhythms of nature through the lens of Ayurveda.
This workshop explores seasonal routines and why they are essential for supporting digestion, immunity, mental clarity, and overall well-being throughout the year.
With a special focus on spring, participants will learn why this season is considered the most important time for cleansing and renewal in Ayurveda. As the body naturally releases accumulated heaviness from winter, students will discover how to support this transition through simple, practical adjustments to diet, daily habits, and self-care practices.
