A quick civic primer:
Town Meeting in Peterborough has three parts. A deliberative session, to discuss warrant articles and move them to the ballot, the ballot session, to vote on those articles, and Open Session, to debate those items that legally must be discussed in open session and not voted on by ballot.
2025 TOWN MEETING INFORMATION
April 8 Deliberative Session (First Session) - Completed.
May 13 Ballot Session / Elections (Second Session) - To be held in the Upper Hall of the Town House, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
May 14 Open Session of Town Meeting - NO Session this year! There were no items to discuss and a vote was taken at deliberative session to cancel the open session.
