Deb Caplan will review best-practices in writing a business resume and how to customize your resume for specific jobs to help get it past ATS (applicant tracking software). She will cover basic strategies to help you conduct a focused job search and expand your business network to secure a job more quickly!
Deb is an experienced job search coach. She has worked with people re-entering the workforce, changing jobs and those recently laid-off. Her earlier career includes senior HR roles in publicly-traded and privately-held organizations, and in executive recruiting and contingency placement firms. Deb holds an M.L.S. (Masters in Library Science) from Simmons College in Boston, MA and a B.A. (Bachelor of Arts), Magna cum Laude, from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA.

This program is free and open to all. Please note that library parking is not guaranteed. Patrons who are able are encouraged to take advantage of Peterborough’s walkable downtown by parking in the Depot Square or Riverwalk lots.
Peterborough Town Library, located downtown at the corner of Main and Concord/Rt 202, has a large meeting room, study rooms, classroom, and a board room available to the public.
