A weekly free morning yoga class with Hannah. Made possible by The River Center.

Join us for the 2025 session of Morning Yoga! Hannah teaches a gentle yoga class designed for all abilities. This class will consist of a series of yoga poses that can be done seated or standing. Poses can be adjusted to make you feel more energetic or grounded depending on what you need. We will incorporate breath-work into our practice to encourage the mind and body to relax. Yoga can improve circulation, increase strength, and encourage greater mobility. All are welcome. 

About Hannah:

Hannah is a fitness instructor who teaches yoga, tai chi, and land and water-based fitness classes. She is currently an instructor at RiverMead and is a resident of the Monadnock Region. 

Monday Morning Yoga is brought to the library in partnership with The River Center. This program is free and open to all, however, donations to the River Center are greatly appreciated. Click here to learn more about the River Center. 

Please note that library parking is not guaranteed. Patrons who are able are encouraged to take advantage of Peterborough’s walkable downtown by parking in the Depot Square or Riverwalk lots.
