A monthly offering of free yoga at PTL. All levels welcome.
Michelle teaches Vinyasa flow yoga. The class coordinates breath and movement to create a feeling of unity within the senses of the participant. The asanas (poses) are woven together to have a smooth transition one to the next. Each movement builds to the next and we finish with savasana (rest period) to allow the time on the mat to integrate. Please come and join us on the mat.
Practical information:
This class is accessible for all levels of fitness and yoga experiences. Please bring your own yoga mat.
