A weekly free morning yoga class with Hannah. Made possible by The River Center.
Hannah teaches a gentle yoga class designed for all abilities. This class will consist of a series of yoga poses that can be done seated or standing. Poses can be adjusted to make you feel more energetic or grounded depending on what you need. We will incorporate breath-work into our practice to encourage the mind and body to relax. Yoga can improve circulation, increase strength, and encourage greater mobility. All are welcome.
About Hannah:
Hannah is a fitness instructor who teaches yoga, tai chi, and land and water-based fitness classes. She is currently an instructor at RiverMead and is a resident of the Monadnock Region.
Monday morning yoga class is brought to the library in partnership with The River Center.
Peterborough Town Library, located downtown at the corner of Main and Concord/Rt 202, has a large meeting room, study rooms, classroom, and a board room available to the public.
