Peterbororough Presents
Healing a Desperate Heart Author Discusses Emotions & Health
Tuesday, October 06
3:00pm - 4:30pm
Peterborough Town Library
Eben Jones ClassroomJoin author Susan Bischak for a discussion inspired by her 2026 memoir, drawing on ideas from ancient Eastern healing traditions, shamanism, and her own background in metaphysics.
Susan will share the unique approach she took to healing her own “emotional baggage” and explain how these experiences inspired her memoir, Healing a Desperate Heart.
At the heart of Susan’s work is the belief that finding ways to release the past can lead to greater freedom and personal transformation. She believes that individual healing can also contribute positively to our collective consciousness. As the famous author Wayne Dwyer has said, posthumously through a medium, “We are all One.”
The program will include ample time for Susan to share her experiences and for attendees to ask questions about the healing disciplines and practices she has studied.
