This month, your dish must come from Christopher Kimball's cookbook Milk Street 365: The All-Purpose Cookbook for Every Day of the Year.
Cook with confidence every day! Dig into 600 essential recipes to feed you 365 days a year—alongside tons of foundational resources—from the James Beard Award winning team at Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street.
How does it work?
The Dinner Club gathers on the second Thursday of the month in the Eben Jones Classroom. Each month will feature a different cooking theme or cookbook. New members are always welcome to attend, but registration is required so that we know how many to expect.
Plates, bowls, napkins, basic utensils, sparkling water and green tea are provided. Please bring your own serving ware and trivets (if needed). For more information please email Rebecca at renman@peterboroughnh.gov
This program is free and open to all. Please note that library parking is not guaranteed and Thursday evenings are a busy night at the library. Patrons who are able are encouraged to take advantage of Peterborough’s walkable downtown by parking in the Depot Square or Riverwalk lots.
