Program Highlights
Discovering Balance and Harmony Through Movement and Sound Immersion: Cynthia Hajjar will explore how mindful movement combined with sound immersion can promote relaxation, balance, and a sense of harmony. Participants will be introduced to gentle practices designed to support physical and emotional well-being.
Tai Chi & Fall Prevention: Tracy Trudeau will present an overview of scientific research showing how regular practice of simple Tai Chi movements can reduce fall risk. Her presentation emphasizes practical, community-based Tai Chi approaches that improve stability, strength, and confidence.
About the Presenters
Cynthia Hajjar is a holistic consultant and dedicated practitioner of yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, and sound immersion. Drawing on years of study and practice, she shares gentle, accessible techniques that support balance, relaxation, and overall wellness.
Tracy Trudeau is a certified graduate of the Eight Active Ingredients of Tai Chi teacher training program at the Tree of Life Tai Chi Center in greater Boston. A Tai Chi practitioner since 1997, she is especially passionate about sharing Tai Chi as an effective, community-based approach to fall prevention.
