Spread some holiday cheer by creating evergreen bouquets to share with our community alongside Kathy Birkebak of Birch Creek Flowers.
Share warmth and kindness this December and create two beautiful evergreen bouquets (more if supplies last) to either gift to those in need of cheer, or to leave with Kathy, who will deliver them to local organizations including Scott Farrar Assisted Living, Pheasantwood, Good Shepherd Nursing Home, and Monadnock at Home, who will include them in their winter soup delivery program, and the Peterborough Food Pantry.
All materials will be provided, but bring your creativity & clippers if you have them.
Cost: $5.00 per person to cover supplies. Register in-person at the help desk or online but please pay the supply fee asap (cash or check only; checks should be made out to Kathy Birkebak) to secure your spot. Registration closes on Monday, December 5 at 4:00pm.
Please note that library parking is not guaranteed. Patrons who are able are encouraged to take advantage of Peterborough’s walkable downtown by parking in the Depot Square or Riverwalk lots.
Peterborough Town Library, located downtown at the corner of Main and Concord/Rt 202, has a large meeting room, study rooms, classroom, and a board room available to the public.
