Join us for a cookbook club-meets-potluck at Peterborough Town Library!
This month, your dish must come from Feast: Food to Celebrate Life by Nigella Lawson. Cookbooks are available at the Help Desk for check out or browsing.
"...Nigella's most festive book yet, offers savory, spicy, and delicious recipes for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukah, Eid, New Year's, Passover, Easter gatherings, and any time you want to celebrate food and life." (From the Publisher).
How does it work?
The Dinner Club gathers on the second Thursday of the month in the Eben Jones Classroom. Each month will feature a different cooking theme or cookbook. New members are always welcome to attend, but registration is required so that we know how many to expect.
Plates, bowls, napkins, basic utensils, sparkling water and green tea are provided. Please bring your own serving ware and trivets (if needed). For more information please email Rebecca at renman@peterboroughnh.gov
This program is free and open to all. Please note that library parking is not guaranteed and Thursday evenings are a busy night at the library. Patrons who are able are encouraged to take advantage of Peterborough’s walkable downtown by parking in the Depot Square or Riverwalk lots.
Peterborough Town Library, located downtown at the corner of Main and Concord/Rt 202, has a large meeting room, study rooms, classroom, and a board room available to the public.
