Getting in Synch: The Art of Conversation and Communication

in the Workplace (and beyond)

Hosted by Colton Seale of Pyxis Academy. Learn how to better engage in conversations with your team, colleagues, or family.

Seale's workshop integrates more than a decade of research conducted for the FBI and his experience applying this methodology around the world.

Participants will learn how to better navigate conflict, improve their ability to engage in difficult conversations, better gather information, and uncover and contextualize risk.

Have you engaged in a conversation that felt out-of-sync or just wasn’t going the way you’d hoped? If so, this series will allow you to make sense of what wasn’t working and to right it. This class is great for anyone who wants to expand their communication skills, including managers, entrepreneurs, anyone working in people-based professions, and even parents of teen-agers.
