Join our new meditation class starting in April and running through June. Each session offers a peaceful space to relax, focus, and practice mindfulness, led by an experienced volunteer.
Whether you're new to meditation or experienced, these guided sessions will help reduce stress and improve well-being.
Abhai Raj teaches the "Hong Sau" meditation technique taught by Paramhansa Yogananda. This practice quiets our mind so that we can become aware of, connect to, and realize our innate Divinity. The practice includes some light movement, pranayam (breathing exercises), and a silent mantra (hong sau). After explaining the technique, we'll meditate as a group for 20-30 minutes. Open to all ages and all levels of experience. Drop in any time!
Abhai Raj has been practicing and teaching meditation for 20+ years. He lives with his wife in Dublin.
