A quick civic primer:
Town Meeting in Peterborough has three parts. A deliberative session, to discuss warrant articles and move them to the ballot, the ballot session, to vote on those articles, and Open Session, to debate those items that legally must be discussed in open session and not voted on by ballot.
Watch the April 5th deliberative session here or read the minutes here.
View the sample ballot here. To vote, show up Tuesday, May 10th at the Peterborough Community Center on 25 Elm Street between 7am and 7pm.
Attend Open session Town Meeting at the Town House on May 11th at 7:00pm. View what will be discussed here. (Scroll to page 8.) This is the night the fire station items will be discussed.
